    I started out bootcamp at close to 227 lbs, the heaviest I’ve ever been! Did your bootcamp and at the end of 8 weeks I’m 213 lbs. I lost close to 15 pounds all due to your positive approach and great workouts! You are right, all you have to do is show up and you take care of the rest! I can’t thank you enough and am really looking forward to the next 8 week bootcamp!
